• Free 7-Day Return Policy: You can return any item within 7 days of delivery for free if it’s unused and in original condition.

• Easy Process: Just email us at contact@dolldripstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Exchanges: At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
